SPORT DOCUMENTARIES WITH DANIEL GORDON - Award winning director Daniel Gordon will be sharing advice and giving insight into the world of documentary filmmaking in this special presentation for young creatives.
Daniel Gordon is a documentary film director best known for his acclaimed, double BAFTA-winning film Hillsborough, which is considered the definitive account of the Hillsborough Stadium Disaster. Other sporting documentary credits include 9.79* a study of the disgraced Canadian sprinter Ben Johnson, George Best: All by Himself depicting the rise and fall of a football superstar, The Australian Dream, about the Adam Goodes race scandal in Australian sport, Football’s Darkest Secret that examined historic child abuse in youth football, and FIFA Uncovered a deep dive into football’s governing body detailing what it takes to host a World Cup.
Workshop for ages: 16-25.
Start Time: 6.00pm (Exit Time: 8.00pm approx).
