Further to our previous Sunday afternoon gig with the three rising star acts we have brought them back for a Thursday night of quality entertainment.
ROWSIE
ROWSIE’s mash up of noise, rock, alternative and American highway songs with a delivery that is ‘Subtle as a brick’ (Real Gone Rocks). Kind of like listening to the best mixtape you made for a boy/girl who left you.
With elements of punk rock and Americana they write songs about political issues and personal issues with ‘Imagery-rich storytelling and pure, untethered energy drive it all home’ (OBS Music). Their live shows have been igniting audiences with the passion in which they are delivered as ‘The sonic assault they deliver is jaw dropping’
NEOVENATOR
these chaps may not be quite so very ‘nouveau’ but they certainly know how to place a power chord and a raffish melodic hook or ten. Bits of The Who, The Stranglers, Pil, you know…groovy gear.
OMBUDSMEN
Mancunians The Ombudsmen bring a refreshing clash of styles combining electropop, kraut rock and spacey jangle with dark and stormy vocals.
