Burning Planet is the new monthly event at The Globe showcasing local musicians & bands from Glossop, Tameside & shedding light on the Dark Peak. Everyone will club together as part of a collective to create focus on local talent while blending into the obscure.
The first evening features S.W.I.M, Shake Rag & Tameside based band Parkbridge, one more slot is to be filled.

We plan to celebrate the local creative community whilst maintaining a tight grip on the last bastion of live music venues that is The Globe, This is the last chance saloon to get Glossop onto the live music map. These nights are open to everyone no matter what genre. the possibilities of mixing up different genres every event is exciting. imagine a Grime MC, Jazz Band & a load of rowdy punk rockers with a bit of acoustic in-between.
The effective melting pot is ready to stir, come and spice up your life.
