EVERY FACE BECOMES A SKULL (Nottingham)
EFBAS have just released their debut self-titled album, recorded at JT Soar, the album is a deep dive into seething hardcore, punk and emo, all executed at whiplash speed without coming up for air. The members of EFBAS have ben in various bands together in the past and work very hard to support their scene in Nottingham regularly putting on shows at JT Soar as well as Billy Bootleggers. One of the most exciting live bands I've seen in ages. I'm buzzed to bringing them to Brighton.

SLIMY BENCH (Brighton)
I first met George from Slimy Bench after we played at the pipeline on St Patrick's day I think, who told me about their band Slimy Bench. They opened the Thursday all-dayer of Great Escape at Presuming Ed's and was grabbed by the outlandish and brilliant freedom in their music. They've released 2 great tracks 'Send the Boa Up', 'Paradox' and are due to release their debut EP 'Joy Like No Other' on 2nd December.

GRUNT WORK (Brighton)
I caught a video of Grunt Work's first show back in April and their live energy and raw power was exhilarating. They're supporting Really Big Really Clever and have been playing a bunch of shows around the city with fellow Brighton bands like Austen Showers and Phat Problem. Get down early for Grunt Work, not ones to miss!
