An exciting evening of Jazz, Blues, Swing and Honky Tonk Music.
Hosted by TJ Johnson - Piano / Voc and his great band of top musicians including Alex Clark - Sax. Bjorn Ingelstam - Trumpet. Denny Ilett - Guitar. Wesley Gibbens - Drums. Tim Fairhall - Bass. and very Special Guests Louise Messenger - Voc & Joplin Parnell - Piano / Voc. It's also TJ's 55th Birthday and 40 years playing songs for you.
TJ Johnson is highly acclaimed as one of the UK's top Jazz and Blues Singers and Piano players. A regular at Jazz Clubs and Festivals all over the Universe. He has led a band since 1990 but was playing gigs in his home town of Stockport in pubs and jazz bars from the age of 15.
TJ has a regular jazz afternoon at Jamboree Venue on a Wednesday but this Saturday evening gig is a big celebration of life and music with some great friends & musicians. Come and listen or dance and have a drink. Great cocktails and draft beer available. XXX
