Venue
Old Cinema Launderette is a 55 capacity venue with bar facilities. It has good wheelchair access and facilities. If you have additional needs, please email mrwishywashypresents@gmail.com to discuss.
The venue is compact and is a mix of seating and standing. Please arrive early to get a seat. This cannot, however be guaranteed as its first come, first served.
Doors are generally 7pm, sometimes a little earlier, sometimes a little later depending on how the soundcheck progresses. Please note there is no access to the launderette before doors open. There is a wee bar just up the street, the Hop Knocker where you can get a drink if you arrive before doors open.
Parking is free and on street. Generally, in the evening the parking availability is good.
Music is generally from around 7.45pm and finished by 10.30pm but this is only a guide.

There may be tickets available on the night of the show if it is not sold out, however please buy tickets early. This really helps us plan the show better.
Dan Stuart
Dan Stuart returns to the UK to perform songs from across his solo and Green on Red catalogue and a brief reading from his third and latest novel Marlowe’s Revenge along with stories of his time with Green on Red. Dan is a musician and author who was the leader of Green on Red, a band associated with both LA's Paisley Underground of the 1980's and the beginng of the so-called Americana movement. All three of his books all have albums by the same name with the last getting 'Americana album of the Month' in UNCUT Magazine, Dan has released over 15 albums between Green on Red and his solo material.
Tom Heyman
US singer-songwriter, Tom Heyman (formerly of Go To Blazes) will be over to the UK presenting his new concept record, 24th Street Blues, about the endangered culture and living ghosts of the Mission District in San Francisco that at times recalls Dylan, JJ Cale, Gordon Lightfoot and the economy of words that were the penchant of John Prine. Heyman has spent years performing with Hiss Golden Messenger, Chuck Prophet, Alejandro Escovedo and a host of others.
