THE CADILLAC KINGS
Firm favourites on the blues, r&b, rock & roll & swing dance scenes this is a band that has earned a reputation for wowing audiences from night clubs to festivals, from theatres to dance halls, the length & breadth of the UK & Europe. Now approaching their 21st anniversary, they have their strongest ever line-up, featuring two of the UK's very best players – sensational pianist & accordionist - Tim Penn, and on guitar the brilliantly versatile Mal Barclay, alongside frontman Mike Thomas - ‘the best blues lyricist this side of the Atlantic". The line-up is completed by one of the best rhythm sections to be found - Jason Reay on drums and Paul Cuff on double bass.
“Good time blues at its very best, do not miss these guys!”
"The UK's premier blues & roots act"
GOVANNEN
Govannen are one of the best Celtic music bands in the UK, blending jigs & reels with traditional & contemporary Irish songs. They have a huge pedigree of work between them, playing with the likes of Martin Carthy, Peter Tork, members of Jethro Tull & Fairport Convention and many more. Founders Dan Britton and Chris Conway will be joined by Adele McMahon and Roger Wilson together playing an impressive array of instruments. It promises to be lively!
