At Rosslyn Court, this promises to be a wonderful night of comedy and music. This is a seated listening/joining in concert on one level. The project is looking at appreciating all the communities and groups that make up England today.
These are some of the songs that people chose when interviewed for an Arts Council Grant project that looked at different aspects of living in England. Each of the concerts will be made uo of different songs so you can go to all 4! If you donated a song then you will be invited to the concert as a guest.
They will be performed by different artists in the area: To date we have: Snottledogs, Sally Ironmonger and Brian Carter, Josh Flowers, Harmony Bo and Dylan Watling, Morag Butler, Jon Beetham, Charlie Hannah, Ben Faria, Paul Grant, Cheri Allcock and Iain Purves, Chris Wilmhurst, Tye and Ayesha Watiling and the amazing Gerry Colvin who is a huge supporter of the project- he may he interviewed you!
The event is introduced in a way that will explain and pull the songs together in his own inimitable way. Because the songs were chosen for a reason, the words are projected which also means that you can sing along if you want! This has created a warm community feeling at the previous events. It ensures that you can appreciate the meaning of the song- which is sometimes quite startling! (Come on, Eileen!!)
Come and enjoy a fun night out with songs you know performed by people you also know! It’s going to be a great night. There will be a bar with hot and cold drinks and a great atmosphere. Come and be part of it..

`	Rosslyn Court is an independent small venue dedicated to excellent live acoustic music. There is a micro bar and also hot and cold drinks with cake. The venue is all on one level and has an accessible toilet.
