OPIUM BLUE
https://www.instagram.com/opiumblue/
Opium Blue is a band from London, who enjoy experimenting with the limits of recording as a trio. They play music that defies genre and expectation. Opium Blue is an ever-changing concept resulting in every show being a unique experience.
THE AWKWARD SILENCES
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Rp3JqTk8wk
The outsider pop mavericks and Organised Fun resident house band return. It's February so they'd do a set of love songs if lead singer Paul actually wrote some.
Compered by GARY PARADISO
Gary Paradiso has been described as everything from "light entertainment which goes beyond the pale" and "a wannabe lounge lizard from some Dantean vision of a British holiday camp"; to "a pound-shop songsmith from Chip Pan Alley" and "the Pearly King of royalty-free music".
Plus a tombola, an opening dance, possibly a short quiz, probably a resident artist and whatever other nonsense we come up with.
PLEASE NOTE:
We know not everyone watches a show in silence, even if they are enjoying it. We want Organised Fun to be a night where people can enjoy the show how they like - whether it be quietly watching, dancing, making noise or discussing the experience with their friends.
We ask attendees of Organised Fun to respect that everyone enjoys music in different ways and some customers may make sound whilst enjoying the show. Please don't ask other customers not to talk or make them feel uncomfortable for enjoying the night in their own way.
