Night River Presents: Leonie Evans

A magically intimate micro concert featuring Leonie Evans, hosted by DG Solaris.

Leonie is a rare talent who has being performing since childhood, fully immersed in old world music. Her albums, Collaborations Volumes 1 & 2 were conceived as a trip around England and beyond with her guitar & rucksack, visiting some of her favourite musicians & recording a single song with each. The results are spectacular.

Her sound is a mix of jazz, blues, country, gospel and music from Latin America. She's played and sat in on vocals, guitar or washboard with the likes of Tuba Skinny, C.W. Stoneking and many more.
