‘Broken folk’ duo rework Anglo-Celtic traditional music with influences from post-punk, trip-hop and queer cabaret. Lunatraktors strip folk down to the bare bones, mixing tonal percussion, tapdance and harmonic singing with whistles, accordion and analogue synth. MOJO Top Ten Folk Albums 2019 and 2021. British Music Collection 'George Butterworth Award' 2022.
