The Scottish pianist Peter Seivewright was placed fourth in THE AMERICAN PRIZE 2018, with a Special Judges' Citation 'For the Championing of American Piano Music'. In 2017 he received the Distinguished Artist Citation from S.S.Prokoffiev State Academic Symphony Orchestra in Donetsk, Russia. The Distinguished Artist Citation is the highest honour the S.S.Prokoffiev State Academic Symphony Orchestra can bestow. Peter Seivewright is both a classical concert pianist and a jazz pianist.
