At the same time he played in cult indy pop group Weekend and co- founded Latin Soul Jazz band Working Week which recorded five albums for Virgin Records and toured extensively in Europe and Japan playing every major Jazz Festival.
He appears at the Tolmen playing saxophones, flute and bass clarinet with a new version of the classic acoustic jazz trio improvising on classic tunes from across the postwar years . He is joined by the cream of new young Cornish jazz musicians, Tom Dauncey on bass and Taylor Daley on drums.

There will not be a cafe for this event. We will be holding it downstairs to give it more of a jazz-club feel. Our bar will be open throughout.
