Laugh Cry Comedy Club brings you an amazing experience of live comedy with the award winning comedian Kate Smurthwaite along with London's best up and coming comedians.

Kate Smurthwaite is a left wing, feminist, atheist, polyamorous comedian and activist. She performs stand-up comedy all over the UK and around the world and is currently touring her 19th one-woman show, Fire Snake, which previewed at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She performs at major clubs including Manford’s, The Stand, The Comedy Store, Piccadilly Comedy Club, What The Frock, Bring Your Own Baby and The Poodle Club.
Kate has appeared as a panellist on Question Time as well as The Big Questions, This Morning, BBC News, Sky News, Woman's Hour, The Today Program, The Moral Maze, Newsnight and is a regular guest on Channel 5’s Jeremy Vine show.
Kate has also written for TV, radio and web series including Have I Got News For You and BBC3’s BAFTA-winning The Revolution Will Be Televised. She was a finalist in 2015's SitCom Mission competition.

Madame Chandelier is an opera comedian and was nominated for Best Comedy Show at the Manchester Fringe. She has performed at various prestigious comedy clubs such as Soho Theatre, Phoenix Arts Club, Black Cat Cabaret, Duckie, Bill Murray, Bearcat, Poodle Club, ACMS, Pinata, The Glory, Royal Vauxhall Tavern, Quantum Leopard.

CK Nath is an Indian stand up comedian and voice actor. Her comedy is observational and influenced by her experiences growing up in India and as an immigrant in the U.K. 
She is a Komedia New Comedy Award, Semi Finalist (2024) , West End New old Act, Finalist (2023), and So You Think You're Funny, Semi Finalist (2022)

Jimmy G, recently won The Blackout at Up The Creek Comedy Club Short has an amazing comedic timing. He delivers short and snappy self-deprecating jokes, mixed with fun observational ‘bits’, mainly based on family life.

Shruti Sharma performed at the prestigious Soho theatre, Soho Rising Festival 2023. She's a sassy comedian who pushes comedic boundaries between feminism and how much the men in her audience know about the women in their lives. She uses her international experience of having lived in India, France and the UK to make fun of idiosyncratic similarities.

Hannah Lloyd-Davies has performed at the prestigious Bill Murray Comedy Club in Angel, won the Ding Dong gong show at Vauxhall Comedy Club and mini comedy competitions, proving that audiences enjoy what she does. Hannah is a quirky woman, but not the kind you’d want to meet in a rom-com!

Jimmy Furre is a stand up comedian who discovered musical comedy during the pandemic as a way to amuse himself, he has since taken it to the stage and is now using it to amuse others.

Thomas Clarke is kiwi/ English hybrid comedian who has been taking the UK comedy scene by storm.
