Formerly Clerk of the House and Chief Executive of the House of Commons, Robert Rogers received a peerage becoming Lord Lisvane in 2014.
Now sitting as a Cross-Bencher, he writes and speaks on Parliamentary and Constitutional issues. He has lived in Herefordshire for most of his life, and is a Deputy Lieutenant for the County.
