Event information
Following a sold out run of similar events in 2023, the legendary Australian fast bowler Jeff Thomson returns to the UK in September for a night of cricket stories and anecdotes from across his long and successful career at Saddleworth CC.
Jeff Thomson was the scourge of England in the 1974-75 Ashes when he and Dennis Lillee formed one of the most formidable opening attacks in history going on to take 200 test and 55 ODI wickets. Since retiring from playing, in 1986, Thomson has become a speaker and broadcaster – and his wit is as quick as his bowling. This really is an opportunity to hear one of the best cricket speakers on the planet.
