Event information

We're back for another delicious dose of comedy at Harborough Theatre, with our amazing headliner David Eagle!

In 2018 David began performing stand up comedy.

He was awarded the New Act Of The Year prize at 2018’s Nottingham Comedy Festival. In 2019 he won Bath Comedy Festival’s New Comedian Of The Year and the Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian Of The Year.

In 2022 he performed stand up on BBC Radio 4’s topical comedy programme The Now Show. He frequently supports Boothby Graffoe. He also starred in Tony Law and Phil Nichol’s improvised 2019 Edinburgh Fringe show.

“a comic tour de force.” (The Guardian)
“Brilliant, nuts, heartily recommend” (Rufus Hound)
“David Eagle is a genuine stand up rookie phenomenon! Looking forward to hearing more.” (Reginald D Hunter)
“just seen the future of stand up comedy and his name is David Eagle” (Boothby Graffoe)

Plus ... Aaron Wood.

Aaron Wood is a comedian from Greater Manchester and has hit the ground running since starting out. Tour support for Tom Stade, Carl Hutchinson, Danny McLoughlin, Eshaan Akbar, Ignacio Lopez, Hayley Ellis and a runner up in the Chester New Comedian Of The Year competition he is progressing at a rapid rate.

Host of the Spread Negativity podcast with over 30 million views online, he’s described as ‘talent way beyond his time on the circuit’ for his ability to combine natural stage presence with original, relatable material.

His laid back, affable nature has helped him become a very exciting act with a bright future.

‘Absolutely brilliant’ - Tim Vine

‘A very big future in this business’ - Tom Stade

And ... Alexis Roy.

Alexis is an observational comic whose refreshingly unique slant on parenthood, marriage and increasingly awkward family encounters are told with a warmth that belies her real feelings.

Enormously relatable Alexis is impressing audiences, her peers and promoters countrywide"
