Grampian Concert Orchestra, under Tim Tricker, is delighted to be back in the gorgeous surroundings of Mannofield Church for a Sunday afternoon programme featuring a wonderful variety of light classical music to celebrate the start of Summer.
Please join us for a relaxing afternoon and a celebration of live classical music as we present a captivating summer concert featuring the timeless compositions of Mendelssohn, the lyrical melodies of Grieg, the rich harmonies of Kalinnikov and the soul-stirring works of Coleridge-Taylor.
• Mendelssohn – Trumpet Overture
• Grieg – Wedding Day at Troldhaugen
• Coleridge-Taylor – Petite Suite and 4 Characteristic Waltzes
• Kalinnikov - Intermezzos 1 and 2
There will be complimentary soft drinks available at the interval.
