Ghost and John invites you to create an installation of papers and umbrellas that holds happiness, sadness, and dreams. Inspired by paper arts and movement practices recalled from the artists’ childhood, you can interact with the sculpture and performers to express your feelings, thoughts and stories through origami, words and actions.
Thousand Papers 千紙 is a durational performance taking from by the emotions and spirit activists shared, came to us from faraway, where the brave voices are locked up and people are indecisive about staying or leaving. The words are tied up and hovered in the air, holding memories of the migrants’ community.
Tell us your never-ending stories, hopes and dreams. So then we can build the Senbazuru of ours.

About Running Times
To experience Thousand Papers 千紙, we ask you to book onto one of the available performance times via WeGotTickets.
