Event information
Saxophonist, Fo Fooks, is a brilliantly inventive player and composer, with her infectious enthusiasm, excellent technique and deliciously warm tone so enduring to her audiences. After recording her debut album "here and now!", the legendary British trumpeter Humphrey Lyttleton invited her to join his eight-piece band. Humph's fun filled and melodic approach to music was to become a big influence in her own compositions; she also recorded and performed with Acker Bilk, Tina May, Joe Temperley, Scott Hamilton, Elkie Bbrooks, and many others.
