Voodoo Rays are a 4-piece alt/psych/post punk/pop/rock band based in London/Brighton.

Over the past 10 years they have been prolific in self-releasing 11 albums, 8 singles and 6 EP's (check www.voodoorays.bandcamp.com for the full back catalogue).

With over a 150 gigs up and down the country under their belt they have developed their live sound to be an exciting, edge-of-the-seat roller coaster ride that has been described by SupaJam.com as "rock that's not been polished and manipulated, but is instead raw, rough and marvellously tactile", and this goes some way to describe the tension and darkness that pervades their sometimes unnerving experimental sound.

They are a fiercely independent band and have developed something of a legendary status on the East London circuit, building up a fearsome reputation by word of mouth alone and by maintaining a frenetic gigging schedule around the capital.
