The music on offer tonight comes straight from the heart, with passion and vulnerability at its core. The two acts will take you on an emotional journey to remember.
The night will start with an acapella set from Apple Trio, a vocal trio based in Oxford who sing arrangements of both traditional and contemporary songs. Described as 'shiver-making', their three distinctive voices complement each other in a a magical way, bringing an eclectic repertoire of songs to life with sensitivity and charm.
The 2nd part of the evening will bring you music from composer and cellist Lou Lyne (from Brickwork Lizards). Her ensemble, the Blue Almond Project, consists of much-loved musicians from the Oxford classical and folk music scenes. Lou's songs without words have been described as 'exquisite and utterly her own' and 'sure to pull on your heartstrings'..
