Cambridge-based indie-poppers, The Baby Seals are coming to play at The Oast, supporting the launch of their excellent debut album "Chaos" on Trapped Animal records.
Three lasses kicking ass one town at a time. Launched onto the scene in 2016. Self-described as 'Spinal Tap with tits', they bring pop punk to life with catchy hooks and lyrics about body positivity.
Support comes from local superstar ensemble, Treasure of Mexico, who are always a joy to have along.
They are a collection of long-time Medway musicians, including Mark Matthews and Bob Collins, both ex-members of UK Indie legends The Dentists (and many more since), with Russ Baxter on drums previously The Discords, The Men With The Golden Gonads and Phaze and currently the same for Secret Affair, and Nick Rice on bass, the same for Groovy Uncle and The Dutch Embassy too. Additional vocals are provided by Jetstream Pony’s Beth Arzy.
