The Korgis with Joe Matera

Whirl back in time with The Korgis as they take you on a musical and audio/visual journey through the songs and bands that influenced them.

They will be putting their own unique spin on songs by Tears for Fears, the sublime harmony of Simon and Garfunkel, the quirkiness of Buggles, the creativity of Peter Gabriel and much more! They will also be singing many songs of peace and hope from The Korgis.

James, John and Al talk about and play, the music that influenced the big Korgis & Stackridge songs like ‘Everybody’s Got to Learn Sometime, If I Had You, Bringing Back the Spirit of Love, If It’s Alright with You Baby and Something About the Beatles.

We are very excited to introduce special guest Joe Matera, who has come all the way ‘Up from Down Under’ to do some dates with us. As well as a support slot, Joe will be joining the band to perform our singles ‘Always a Sunny Day’, ‘Letter to Geelong’ and ‘Red Flag Day’.

If you want to know something, then ask away – we will most certainly be mingling with you at the bar afterwards!
