Sachin Kumarendran: Work in Progress

Sachin won the WOW Award for Best Debut Show at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe, stars in the BBC One prime time Entertainment TV show This is My House, and worked as comedy writer for the Labour Party in the 2017 General Election Campaign.

He regularly plays weekend gigs at the UK’s biggest comedy clubs, was a Finalist in the national standup competitions Jason Manford's New Act of the Year, and Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year; as well as being shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Award, and awarded Runner-up in the Late Stage Award for Best Show in Nottingham Comedy Festival.

Sachin hasn't entirely decided what material he will do in this show yet - whether it will be new material he's working on, classic award-winning hits, or a mix of both, but is wholly confident that this show will be class and undoubtedly represent value for money for the audience in terms of their ticket outlay. He'd even go so far as to say that this show could be his 'Live at Slane Castle'.
