Levellers legends Dan Donnelly & Jon Sevink are an incredibly powerful duo, performing Levellers material and Dan's own songs with great vocals, stunning guitar and mesmerising violin. Two musicians at the top of their game who sound as powerful as a full band. It's wonderful to welcome Dan & Jon back to the barn by popular demand - the perfect pre-Christmas bash!
Support comes from promoters Plumhall, an award-winning song-writing duo comprising Michelle Plum (ex-Chumbawamba, Chris Norman Band, Waking The Witch) & Nick Hall (Hall Brothers, Ian Prowse & Amsterdam, ex-Magna Carta). The duo have had an amazing year with a third, highly-acclaimed album and high-profile touring opening for Fairport Convention and Iain Matthews.
The concert takes place in the beautiful, intimate Cruck Barn in Appletreewick - part of the best pub in the Yorkshire Dales!
We’re very excited to add the brilliant, up and coming North-East based singer songwriter Ruby Kelly to the bill, who will open the night with a short set!
Please note this is a STANDING gig, with limited, first-come first-served seating on the balcony and the stairs. Also please note this concert is taking place on a THURSDAY night, not our usual Friday.
