Amity is an award-winning singer songwriter whose dark, defiant and dramatic sound has earned him the backing of the Royal Albert Hall: they recently named him their 2023 Future Maker.
Described in The Guardian newspaper as bringing together “miraculous” vocals with the “dense surreal lyricism of Regina Spektor”, Amity’s hard-hitting songwriting and emotive performances have earned comparisons to Adele, Nina Simone, and Joni Mitchell in the press, scooping numerous national and international successes, with the SAYS panel of industry judges listing Amity in the UK’s top 30 young songwriters in his category.
Recently awarded Best Singer 2023 by RB Entertainment, his raw, powerhouse voice and vivid, moving lyrics have put him in high demand, being talent scouted by numerous major TV shows on both sides of the Atlantic.

Amity’s empowering lyrics are imprinted by his drive for justice, inner healing, freedom and an overriding determination to lift up those who are struggling, along the way documenting his own ongoing journey from darkness to light. Amity, who is autistic and queer, has written professionally with Dee Adam (Dido, Kaiser Chiefs, Newton Faulkner) and is currently writing with Andrew Kingslow (John Legend).
