Daughter of the lead architect Geoffrey Powell from British architectural firm Chamberlain, Powell and Bon, Polly has a unique insight into the very beginnings of Vanbrugh Park Estate. Using her private collection of photographs Polly will talk about her fathers involvement in the design and construction of this modernist gem in a half hour talk and slideshow followed by a Q&A session.
This talk runs in conjunction with the opening of an art exhibition of Estate Inspired Art, all work is by residents of the estate using VPE as their subject.
