A very special Wednesday night at Jamboree of rarely-heard Romanian and Moldovan Horas, Doinas and Cantecs in the Muzica Lautareasca style!

Matt Holborn is an improvising violinist, composer and educator at the forefront of the UK's Django Reinhardt scene, and Muzica Lautaresca is a project born from his long-time interest and study of Romani violin styles. In tonight's band Matt collaborates with master Hungarian Romani musician Kallai Janos, a virtuoso of the Cimbalom, bassist Andras lovaszi and guitarist Sol Grimshaw.

Jamboree food option: Our ‘Arepatoire’ kitchen is open from 6pm serving a delicious mix of Italian/Colombian food for you to enjoy a pre-gig meal/snack if you wish!
