Event information
Sunstack Jones, the Wirral based collective make a rare live appearance to celebrate the release of their new album ‘Luminous Hands’ (AV8 records), the follow up to the critically acclaimed ‘Golden Repair’.
“Their songs are full of heart tugging melodies and delightful harmonies, which ponder love, life and times passing”” - MOJO
“Mystical and at times magical” - Shindig
“A little bit psych, a little bit country, a whole lot of songwriting genius” - Clash
Pete Wilkinson, Liverpool-born member of Shack, Cast, Echo & The Bunnymen, plays the first outing of material for his first solo album, due to be released in 2025. A combination of acoustic-driven songs and gritty folk-tinged stories.
Merseyside’s most unique and hauntingly honest folk singer singer-songwriter, Marvin Powell first rose to notoriety with his disarming and infectiously unique approach to songwriting and performance with his early single and EP releases leading to tour supports with The Coral, She Drew The Gun and legends The Fairport Convention gaining fans from 6Music’s Steve Lamacq, Lauren Laverne and Radio 1’s Jericho Keys.
