DIRECTING FOR FILM AND TV WITH LISA MULCAHY (Workshop) - Director Lisa Mulcahy will lead a session giving creative advice to aspiring young filmmakers entering the industry.
Lisa is currently lead director on a new series for Amazon UK Shooting in Greece. In 2023 she completed two episodes of The Tourist 2, for BBC 1 and Netflix USA and was lead director on Sanctuary, A Witch’s Tale. Her 4th feature film, Lies We Tell, for which Lisa won the 2024 IFTA award for Best Director (Film), was released in Ireland and Spain in October 2023. Previous credits include, the entire series of Ridley Road, for BBC 1/PBS as well as several episodes of Years and Years and the complete series of The Moonstone for BBC 1. She was lead director on series 1 of the Channel 5 production of Blood which won the IFTA for Best Drama series in 2019.
