Sonic Masala and Where is the Castle are thrilled to be bringing this tour to Nottingham.
Party Dozen are a sax-n-drums-n-electronics duo from Sydney.
Renowned for their incendiary live shows, they specialise in wild, improv-derived No-Wave noise-rock, with singer Kirsty Tickle screaming into the bell of her FX-laden saxophone while Jonathan Boulet brings the fire from the drumkit and samples.
Touring in support of their new album "Crime in Australia" on Temporary Residence, past releases have seen them collaborating with Nick Cave, remixed by Mogwai, and finalists in the Australian Music Prize (their Mercury equivalent).
This night of beauty and mayhem is not to be missed. Trust us, you haven't seen THIS before...

Opening, we have WEIRD FIELDS, a couple of Krupps and a couple of Food People coming together to channel the early-70s Euro-Commune-Rock vibes of Träd, Gräs och Stenar and Amon Düül. They've played a couple of stunning shows this year and we look forward to seeing what they've been cooking up since their last outing in the spring.
