A fascinating musical event with Paul Higgs, distinguished composer/musician. *
Paul will play trumpet and talk a little about jazz trumpet pioneer/legend Miles Davis. Informative and often very amusing. Paul will be accompanied by leading drummer, Neil Bullock, George Trebar on bass and Mike Hatchard on keyboard. An enthralling morning of great music.
*Paul’s exceptional talent has seen him perform in major venues around the world, including the Royal Albert Hall, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, and the Berlin Concert Hall. He is known for his unique and expressive style of playing, which seamlessly blends virtuosic playing with emotion and soul. Wherever he is performing, his music is always captivating.
As well as being a notable performer Paul is a very successful composer and arranger of music for films,TV and theatre. He was a Musical Director for many years for the National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company.
