Headlined by HOT PROPERY. Hot Property are London’s best-kept secret. A band with the raw energy of ‘70s rock n roll and the flamboyance to match, they possess a sound and presence impossible to ignore.

Support from VIEIRA AND THE SILVER. London-based Vieira and The Silvers emerge blending bluesy garage rock with a serpentine dance into psychedelic realms. Originally formed in Norwich by frontman Diogo Vieira da Silva, the band quickly gained recognition in the local scene for their high-energy and theatrical live performances.
