This event will be a shortened version of the evening show featuring Liz Hanks playing the "Land" album with audio visual.
It is designed specifically for younger listeners. Adults £8, children £4, babes in arms free
Based on the local and natural history of her neighbourhood in Sheffield, Liz Hanks’ ‘Land’ album (Hudson Records) explores both the loss of nature in the urban environment and forgotten natural worlds. She discovered that the now urban area of Meersbrook was once a beautiful valley called ‘Rush Dale’. Inspired by reading written accounts of this lost valley she created ‘Land’ in remembrance of these lost times and places.
Please note there will be no access to the other areas of the house
