A firm favourite here at TwickFolk, we are delighted to welcome back Luke Jackson. Blessed with a distinctive, bluesy, soulful voice, Luke has developed an enviable reputation in the roots, acoustic, folk and Americana circuits by virtue of his acclaimed recordings and dynamic live performances. This appearance at TwickFolk is likely to see him showcasing songs from his 7th studio album, Bloom, set for release in November 2024.
In addition to the new album, the past year has seen Luke tour extensively across the UK and once again support the legendary Jools Holland. Other career highlights have included playing the Costa Del Folk Festival in Portugal, solo tours of the USA, two weeks songwriting and performing in Nashville, and support slots for Fairport Convention and Richard Thompson.
Luke's appearance at TwickFolk is always a popular ticket so early booking is advised.
