After more than 40 years in the business, from the heady days of a major recording contract to the many years of touring, and the consistently well-attended appearances at festivals and events, Harvey has nothing to prove. He's simply one of the best. And after 40 years his voice is as fresh as it ever was, his writing just as insightful and nuanced, and his stories funnier than ever. A great all-round entertainer.

The newly refurbished Birdsedge Village Hall now has the main entrance round the back of the building. Parking is in the school car park (entrance off Birdsedge Lane) or park on Birdsedge Lane itself (not on residents' parking bays on main road please). Disabled parking only in village hall rear car park (2 spaces).

Music Starts at 7.30 prompt with the main guest.

Food available on the night from burgers and chips to home baked cakes.
