Acts subject to change. Fully seated. 18+ Proper sweary, swearing. We want everyone to have a great night so please pop your phone on silent and don’t chat whilst the show is in progress. Thanks! Sorry, but we can only reallocate or refund if the show is cancelled.
Rob Rouse‘s career has seen him encompass pretty much everything from presenting Channel 4’s The Friday Night Project, to appearing the West End to teaching geography. We would like to point out that this isn’t in chronological order. Rob’s a one man comedy whirlwind who drags the audience into his craftily spun tall tales with bucketfuls of manic energy, first class stage craft, eerily convincing characterisations and a barrage of hilarious one liners.
“Guaranteed to lighten even the darkest of moods” ★★★★★ Edinburgh Evening News “Delirious but hilarious” ★★★★★ The List
Billed as “one of the country’s top new comedy acts” by The York Press, Tadiwa Mahlunge has provided tour support for Kiri Pritchard-McLean and Jessica Fostekew, as well as TV warm up for Desiree Birch’s Amazon Prime special.Telly gigs include BBC 1, BBC 2, Dave, Comedy Central, UTV, Comic Relief as well as BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Northampton and BBC Sounds.
‘Very bloody funny’ Aisling Bea ★★★★ Daily Mail ★★★★ Chortle ★★★★ Scotsman ★★★★ The Skinny ★★★★ Fest
Compere for the evening is Stephen Bailey, (Live at the Apollo, Celebrity Mastermind, Celebrity Weakest Link, Madame Blanc Mysteries etc), a proud Northern, working class, gay man. Although best known as a TV presenter it’s the arena of live, stand up comedy where Stephen really shines. Gossipy, bitchy, close to the bone even, but with such an infectious sense of fun everyone gets the joke and no one is left behind.
“Natural talent” Metro “Rising star” The Sun “Hilarious from the first line” Voice “Fabulously funny” The Guardian
