IN THE DARK is the movie club where you choose what goes on the big screen! If your suggestion is chosen, you can join me, Colin Newman, to lead a discussion about your fave after the screening. This time I’m talking with horror superfan Lydia Scott about her choice for this month, Lost Highway.

Guilt, denial, suspicion, and dread have crept into the home of Fred Madison, and his wife Renee, marking the gradual deterioration of their marriage. Someone has been leaving mysterious videotapes at their front door, triggering hallucinations, dissociation, and murder with their increasingly disturbing content. Now, Fred finds himself on death row, and inexplicably morphs into a young man named Pete Dayton, leading a completely different life. When Pete is released, his and Fred's paths begin to cross in a surreal, suspenseful web of intrigue, orchestrated by a shady gangster boss named Dick Laurent.
