The Jonny Halifax Invocation are a collective of sonic pioneers, defying convention and transcending boundaries with their esoteric blend of cosmic blues, psychedelic noise and free jazz. Committed to continually pushing the boundaries of their sound, they are known for their unique and uncompromising live performances.
Renowned for their genre defying sonic adventures into mesmeric sun-scorched psychedelic soundscapes, hypnotic fuzzed string riffery, rumbling percussion and growling preacher man vocal sermons, The Jonny Halifax Invocation are dedicated purveyors of the heavy cosmic gospel of the apocalypse.
Following hot on the heels of The Jonny Halifax Invocation’s debut single "Thank You” receiving widespread rave reviews and 6 music plays from Riley & Coe and Steve Lamacq, East London’s cosmic free blues collective lurch back into the room with a fabulously filthy new single; “Dead Swamp Hula”.
Their last show with us was an outstanding night and we're sure this will be another for the history books.
