Join a celebration of life and art in a spirit of love and unification against those who oppress others. Be wowed at the gabber stylings of 10 year old Queen of Punk Ari Radne, sink into the weirder reaches of the wilderness of 17th century Dartmoor with Meadow Verse, hear some of the finest artistry in songwriting courtesy of Depresstival, theatrical, absurdist composition from Samuel Pradalie, songs and words from Ergo Phizmiz, and the first performance ever by a future punk legend Autumn Poppy. All this, plus an open podium for speakers, Palestinian themed food made by the marvellous Moor Imagination Collective - our hosts for the event - and more artists tba. Topping off he programme is a video presentation by the brilliant Palestinian polymath, poet and songwriter Shadi Zaqtan. The event is organised by Avanthardcollective who for the past year have been using art and music to raise funds which have been distributed directly to Palestinians, notably with the release of 18 year old Palestinian maestro Samih Madhoun's "Oud Music From Gaza", which can be found on Bandcamp and sends all proceeds directly to the composer.
