Revel in Nostalgia: Celebrating 20 Years of ‘You Are The Quarry’ with Viva Morrissey – Unveiling the Essence of Morrissey and The Smiths Live!
2024 sees the 20th anniversary of the release of Morrissey’s seminal album YOU ARE THE QUARRY. To mark the occasion, VIVA MORRISSEY will be performing the full album in its original running order, followed by a selection from the best-known and most-loved songs of THE SMITHS and MORRISSEY.
Formed in 2007, and based in Manchester, home of The Smiths, the 6-piece Viva Morrissey are highly regarded for the accuracy and authenticity of their presentation. Focussing on present-day Morrissey live shows, the Viva Morrissey presentation is markedly different to that of tributes to The Smiths. Their 90 minute live set contains many of THE SMITHS classics, alongside some of MORRISSEY’S greatest hits and fan favourites.
