Event information
Òran Mhòir is a multi-media performance by experimental folk duo Burd Ellen. This work will explore some of the faerie lore and myths of the Gaelic Otherworld associated with the intertidal zone, using the song Caoidh An Eich-Uisge (Keen Of The Water Horse) as its starting point.
The show is a development of the work they completed on residency with Flash Company Arts earlier this year. The live soundtracked film will be followed by a new thirty minute set of Burd Ellen tunes.

Yumah is the music project of Nottingham-based artist Lucy Morrow. Using only her voice and a looper pedal, she creates layered vocal soundscapes - evocative, mesmerising and beautiful.
