An exciting and erudite celebration of the bebop masters and innovators Charlie ‘Bird’ Parker and Dizzy Birks Gillespie, Diz and Bird is led by the musical director of Ronnie Scott’s Orchestra Pete Long (alto saxophone) and musical director of NYJO Mark Armstrong (trumpet) plus Chris Ingham (piano), Malcolm Creese (bass) and George Double (drums).
