Can anyone persuade the financially incompetent Ranevskaya that she must sell their cherry orchard to rescue her battered finances - and maybe even force her bizarre aristocratic household of eccentric characters to accept that the world is changing, and that they must, too?
'The Cherry Orchard' is one of Chekhov's finest plays. It's a tragi-comedy packed with oddballs and farcical humour.
