Eater – ‘The Only Actual Real Punk Band In the Whole World’ may be a bold claim, but as it goes we would fly that up the post- post modern flagpole and give it a sardonic salute. The Eater punk ethos, as exemplified by front Eater personage Andy Blade, is peerlessly imbued with its very own, exacting situationist sass. Fools are not tolerated. Icons are clast non de rigeur (Johnny was always really Rotten) and everyone’s a winner… coz there’s a brilliant bunch of edgy pop punk and cerebral cold wave nuggets to dig. And this is all new Eater 2024…so it’s rock and roll too. So… a must attend show discerning people!
