Event information
At this time of year as nature is calling us to draw inwards we find ourselves busier than ever. Give yourselves the gift of some time to slow down and some space to breathe this festive season.
This 2 hour class combines the nurturing and gentle practice of restorative yoga during which props are used to support you in poses and yoga nidra a deeply relaxing guided meditation.
Please note: this event will be in the Beechey Room. Please enter via the side door - to the right of the main hall. PLEASE DO NOT enter through the main hall.
All equipment provided but feel free to bring a favourite snuggly blanket. No yoga experience necessary. £30 per person. Places limited - booking essential. For further info email yogawithgeni@gmail.com
