Event information
Paul Molloy is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. He is the guitarist with The Coral and has been active on the Merseyside music scene since forming his first band The Skylarks, aged 15.
He has since gone on to play with various other popular Merseyside groups including The Zutons and The Stands.
During a hiatus The Coral were having after the ‘Butterfly House’ album, Paul joined up with drummer Ian Skelly to form Serpent Power.
They released two acclaimed albums after which he joined up with The Coral for their return album ‘Distance Inbetween’ remaining a member ever since.
Paul released his debut solo album in 2020 ‘The Fifth Dandelion’ which received much acclaim. His newest album ‘The Madmen of Apocalypso’ is out now and is also garnering much acclaim and many fans and was rated 4 stars in Mojo Magazine and 5 stars in the Daily Express.
It contains the singles ‘Luxury Bunker’ and ‘Apocalypso’.
This is a limited capacity show at The Chester Tavern, with the opportunity to meet Paul and hear songs from his extensive career.
