On Friday 14th March we are pleased to welcome blues 4-piece Shakedown Brothers to JJJ for an evening of powerful blues.
For the past few years, the Shakedown Brothers have been touring Blues Pubs and Clubs across England, wowing audiences with a mix of blues originals music, re-worked classics and lesser-known tunes by well-known artists, to great acclaim from audiences and promoters alike with the band - featuring Rick Rogers (Vocals, Guitars, Harmonica), Keith Hewitson (Drums, Percussion), Steve Rollings (Keyboards, Backing Vocals) and Neil Barker (Bass) - developing a more focussed Blues-Rock oriented performance over time (with more than a hint of Bonamassa), delivered with same passion, energy and musical skill, to present a truly great blues experience.
Fronted by 'Slim' Rick, the band serve-up a passion filled-performance of self penned tunes and lesser-known songs from blues masters and contemporary artists along with the occasional classics, all played in the Shakedown style and "don’t mess around, they just get stuck into their job of providing great entertainment with great sounds" ... sounds good to us!
Ticket: £10.00 (+Fees) online | £12.00 on the door (subject to capacity)
Ticketing Information:
Tickets are for ‘general admission’ giving you access to any available seating or standing areas. There is no assigned seating, any seating that is available can be taken on a first come first served basis.
Last entry to Joe Joe Jims is at 10.30pm.

Access to Joe Joe Jims via the front doors is on the level with the frontage and footpath without the need to negotiate any steps or changes in surface height.
