Event information
Stand up comedy at the Pavilion, a sports club at the heart of Raynes Park, it is just a short walk from Raynes park station and we have a belter of a line-up for the evening:
Gareth Neal
An energetic and self-deprecating story-teller offering a lighter take on the complex journey that is holding down a sensible job, raising toddlers and staving off a probable oncoming mid-life crisis.
James Trickery
Meet James Trickey, a rising comedian hailed as “naturally hilarious” (Edfringe review). With a sharp mind and a distinct take on life, he crafts a blend of silly gags and uproarious stories. Performing across the UK and at numerous festivals, James was the Chortle student comedy runner-up in 2018 and recently earned a spot on the shortlist for the esteemed BBC New Comedy Award. Chortle raves about his “magnificent” writing skills.
Joseph Emslie
Joseph Emslie is a comedian, writer and actor, hailing from Stratford-Upon-Avon, now residing in South West London. Since starting gigging in 2016, Joseph has been the number one go to gluten free comic on the circuit.
Marvin McCarthy
Marvin McCarthy is a stand up comedian, podcaster, improviser, MC, magician, clown, who is very easygoing, where anything and everything can be expected to be seen.
